Free One-on-One Consultation

We’re proud to provide free consultations to anyone interested in starting their fitness journey with us.

We know finding a program that speaks to you and your goals is hard, and sticking with one is even harder. How many times have you started something and not even a few weeks later life gets in the way and you never go back?

That’s why we want to bring you in for a complimentary 1-on-1 consultation. We want to know more about you, your life, why you want to get fit, and where we fit into the picture. We want to know what we can do to hold you accountable and how we can develop a plan of action to ensure you get fit for good.

You’re probably thinking, ‘I’m not in shape enough for this yet’ and ‘I don’t know anyone at Base 10’ and ‘I’m really nervous to just walk in the door!’ You’ll find that at Base 10 Method we maintain an atmosphere that welcomes everyone.

Sign up for a complementary assessment, because just walking in the door is the only hurdle to your success.

Personal Training Program

After your consultation, you and your trainer will sit down and work to create a personalized plan of action that caters to your specific goals and works with your current level of fitness. There is no cookie cutter way to introduce you to our program, and that’s exactly why we have a 1-on-1 Personal Training Program.

Classes can be scary at first. You don’t know anyone, some people look very fit, and lots of the movements are things you may not have seen before. We understand exactly how you feel and we want to bring you into our gym in a way that makes you feel confident, excited, and worry free.

Our Personal Training Program is designed to teach you the movements we do in the gym in a safe environment. It’s also designed to get you acquainted with your trainers and to start to meet some of the members in the gym without being involved in the class just yet.

Group Classes/Hybrid Memberships

Once you finish your Personal Training Program, it’s time to start classes. At this point, you should be proud of your new found level of fitness.

You and your trainers will decide how many times per week you should attend classes and how often you both should meet 1-on-1 to ensure you stay on track. These are what we call our hybrid memberships, designed to keep you attending classes and ensure you meet with your trainers as often as needed. No more starting a program and never finishing it, we make sure you’re in the gym as often as you need to be!

The social environment, the community, and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push, and will help you reach new heights of fitness. Each and every person at Base 10 Method is dedicated to not only ensuring they succeed, but ensuring everyone else succeeds. There is no judgement at Base 10 Method, only a group of likeminded individuals who come together to create an incredibly strong community.
