FUNDAMENTALS

CURRICULUM

 

Our program provides a basic understanding of our training philosophy and methods. If you’re serious about your fitness development, the water is deep. This is our introductory program, so we think of it as the shallow end of the pool. This program is limited to one-on-one sessions or groups no larger than three.

DURATION

 

Our program is four weeks long. Sessions are scheduled two days per week, and each lasts approximately 60-75 minutes. Time is split between the “classroom” and the gym. Be prepared. Everyone leaves their sessions wanting more, and having had enough.

Group training is where your journey into the deep end of the pool truly begins. Train in a team setting that pushes you beyond where you think you can go, with a group of supportive and like-minded people. We obsessively track your daily workouts so we can prove to you, beyond any doubt, that you’re getting fitter, faster, and stronger.

DAILY NUTRITION COACHING

 

Daily emails focus on a progressive (yet sustainable), curriculum-based approach to nutrition, that will truly help you reach your ideal body composition.

EXPERT TRAINERS

 

Every group session is lead and taught by one of our expert trainers. You can feel confident you’re getting the best workout based on your current level of fitness.

DURATION 

 

Group training sessions are 60 minutes long, available five days a week, and run throughout the day, starting at 6 a.m. Memberships are billed monthly, and there are no contracts. We want you to want to be here.
