We know finding a program that speaks to you and your goals is hard, and sticking with one is even harder. How many times have you started something and not even a few weeks later life gets in the way and you never go back?


That’s why we want to bring you in for a complimentary 1-on-1 consultation. We want to know more about you, your life, why you want to get fit, and where we fit into the picture. We want to know what we can do to hold you accountable and how we can develop a plan of action to ensure you get fit for good.


You’re probably thinking, ‘I’m not in shape enough for this yet’ and ‘I don’t know anyone at Base 10’ and ‘I’m really nervous to just walk in the door!’ You’ll find that at Base 10 Method we maintain an atmosphere that welcomes everyone.

Personal Training Program


After your consultation, you and your trainer will sit down and work to create a plan of action that caters to your specific goals and works with your current level of fitness.


Base 10 can be scary at first. You don’t know anyone, some people look very fit, and lots of the movements are things you may not have seen before. We understand exactly how you feel and we want to bring you into our gym in a way that makes you feel confident, excited, and worry free. Our Personal Training Program is designed to teach you the movements we do in the gym in a safe environment.


You’ll also start to delve into Personal Nutrition Coaching, which is included in your Personal Training Program. You can read more about the program below.

Group Training Memberships


Once you finish your Personal Training Program, it’s time to start Group Training. And at this point, you should be proud of your new found level of fitness. You’ll continue with your Personal Nutrition Coaching and be excited to start working out in a group… your team, here to push you and motivate you like you’ve never experienced before.  We firmly believe anyone can put equipment in a room and anyone can tell you what to do. It’s the environment and the team of people you work with that make ALL the difference.


There is no judgement at Base 10 Method, only a group of likeminded individuals who come together to create an incredibly strong community.


Personal Nutrition Coaching


We’ve worked with hundreds of clients throughout the years, and one thing we know for sure is that in order to get in the best shape of your life, you need laser focus on your daily nutrition. That’s why we include our highly effective Personal Nutrition Coaching Program in all of our memberships.


We know you’ve probably tried multiple diets in the past (Low Carb, Paleo, Cleanses, etc.), and you know they don’t work in the long run. Instead of the all-or-nothing approach, we use a sustainable, practice-based, learning approach to build healthy habits into your life, one day at a time.
