LEARN THE METHOD
Our 1-on-1 program provides a basic understanding of our training philosophy and methods. If you’re serious about your fitness development, the water is deep. This is our introductory program, so we think of it as the shallow end of the pool. This program is limited to one-on-one sessions or groups no larger than three.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our 1-on-1 program requires a four week minimum commitment. Sessions are scheduled two days per week, and each lasts approximately 60-75 minutes. Time is split between the “classroom” and the gym. Be prepared. Everyone leaves their sessions wanting more, and having had enough.
TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE
Group training is where your journey into the deep end of the pool truly begins. We will challenge the minds of all who choose to be part of what we do, and we’ll challenge every physical limit you thought you had.
We are not some magical “Get Fit Quick” program, but a community that subscribes to a common philosophy. We carry, support, and encourage each other. We know we can only shape our future by the actions we choose to make today.
